Product Overview

The NEWIN‑1325 CO₂ laser cutting machine is a large-format non-metallic laser processing equipment developed by NEWIN for advertising signs, craft gifts and plate processing industries. Its standard working size reaches 1300×2500mm, compatible with mainstream 4×8ft whole sheets in the market. It can complete composite processing procedures such as cutting, hollowing, deep & shallow engraving and pattern marking for large plates in one setup. The whole machine adopts thickened square tube integrally welded bed with stress relief aging treatment. The gantry beam is cast from high-strength aluminum alloy. The machine features high rigidity and resists jitter and deformation during high-speed operation, ensuring stable operation during long-time mass production. It is suitable for continuous operation in advertising factories, sign manufacturers, craft processing plants and furniture plate processing enterprises.

This model is mainly used for various non-metallic materials including acrylic, PVC foam board, double-color board, MDF, plywood, leather, fabric, paper and rubber sheet. It is widely applied in processing scenarios such as advertising luminous letters, crystal letters, signboards, display panels, craft models, furniture carving and garment fabric cutting. It can perform contour cutting, deep sinking engraving, hollow carving, surface marking and other processes. Laser power is optional; customers can choose 100W/130W/150W/180W CO₂ laser tubes according to plate thickness, meeting production demands of high-speed engraving for thin sheets and deep cutting for thick plates.

1. High-precision Contour Cutting: It cuts closed contours of common advertising plates such as acrylic, PVC and MDF. The cutting edge is smooth and burr-free. Most materials require no secondary polishing after cutting, satisfying mass production of advertising letters and signboards. The finished characters have high dimensional consistency and excellent yield rate.
2. Layered Deep & Shallow Engraving: It supports layered engraving with variable depth. It can realize surface graphic shallow engraving as well as deep sinking engraving for nameplates, craft ornaments and decorative panels. The engraved texture is uniform and delicate with high pattern detail restoration.
3. Complex Hollow Processing: It handles complicated graphics and pattern hollowing, supporting tiny strokes and irregular special-shaped patterns, ideal for artistic letters, decorative partitions and hollow craft pendants.
4. Batch Nesting Cutting: Whole sheets can be loaded directly. The software supports nesting layout to maximize plate utilization, reduce material waste and improve raw material usage rate for mass orders.
5. Power-off Resume & Breakpoint Memory: In case of unexpected power failure or shutdown during processing, the machine stores breakpoint data. After power restoration, processing resumes from the interrupted position to avoid scrapping the whole plate and lower production loss.

The worktable adopts metal slat structure, high temperature resistant for scrap falling, with strong load capacity for various plates.
3. Intelligent Ruida DSP Control System: Standard Ruida DSP controller supports offline handle operation without continuous PC connection. Built-in 256M large memory stores multiple processing files. It supports color-separated cutting and gradient engraving; different laser power and cutting speed can be set for different color layers to realize combined cutting + engraving in one file. Multi-language interface, simple operation; new operators can master it after short training.
4. Powerful Software Compatibility: Compatible with RDWorks, Type3, Artcam, Wentai, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD and other mainstream design software. Supports PLT, DXF, BMP, AI, CDR, DWG, GIF and other common graphic formats. Design files can be imported directly without tedious format conversion, matching working habits of foreign trade processing factories.
5. Complete Auxiliary Protection System: Equipped with high-power smoke exhaust fan to remove smoke and dust generated during laser processing. Red dot positioning on laser head helps quickly locate processing position. Safety limit switch automatically stops laser emission once the cabin door opens to protect operators. Independent electric cabinet with high-flex shielded cables resists electromagnetic interference. Electric components adopt well-known brands such as Chint for low failure rate.
